In September 2001 Chris and Carmen Grant, Glenn and Karen Marcus travelled through Italy for a wonderful four week tour. We saw some of the best that Italy has to offer and are pleased to share the trip with you through our journal notes and images.

• Week One - South of France, Lake Garda and Venice
• Week Two - Tuscany
• Week Three - Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompei
• Week Four - Roma - Cinque Terre, Portofino, Alassio and a return to the South of France.

• From Nice our route took us along the coast, then across Northern Italy to Venice.
• From Venice we went straight down to central Italy to arrive in Tuscany.
• From Tuscany we drove to the Amalfi Coast.
• From Amalfi to Rome.
• From Rome up the coast to the Cinque Terre.
• From Cinque Terre return to Nice.
