Pear and Blue
Cheese Salad
Mixed greens of your choice
1 - 2 pears peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 cup toasted walnuts or pecans
1/3 or a cup of Stilton or blue cheese crumbled (or more to your taste)
Dressing:
1/4 cup of Mango Chutney
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/4 cup of olive oil
Mix well, thin with more lemon juice as required.
When I made this it was also a hit. Be prepared to add more lemon juice. |
