In 1998 we found this wonderful hotel right on
the beach at the Plague de Pero just a couple of km from the town of
Cargese. The rooms are like small little apartments with kitchens and
patios that overlook the water. The scenery doesn't get much better than
what you'll have looking out your window. We would buy great wine, cheese
and bread and have wonderful lunches on our patio. The town of Cargese
is small with some good shops to pick up food. The people were very friendly.
You can use this location as a base to travel around the area. Read more
