Blue Cheese Spread

4 tablespoons walnuts, coarsely chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 ounces Blue Cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Baguette bread, thinly sliced

On a cookie sheet broil the walnuts for 2-3 minutes; remove from oven and cool.

Blend the cream cheese, blue cheese, chives, parsley, salt & pepper; add the walnuts.

Serve on baguette or in a bowl as a dip.
