Rome and Home

Our trip comes to a close with the return to Rome.

We once again stayed at the Great Place to Stay, the Hotel Columbia in Rome. It is always nice to return and we look forward to once again visiting with the hotel owner and manager, Patrizia Diletti.

The Hotel Columbia is well located for those who arrive by train at Termini station. We did, and just walked over to the hotel. It just behind the Piazza Repubblica.

While there we had a couple of meals at a very good restaurant, down the street:

La Matriciana
via del Viminale, 44

Great meals. Lorenzo was great!

 

But it is located north of the station, and just behind Piazza We visited, of course, Marco of Novelli Pen.

Then to wrap things up and return to Vancouver.
