Take the walk from Ravello to-Minori and then a bus back to the hotel. Wind your way down the 2,000 plus stairs down to the sea. Walk between cottages, stone archways, fields hanging on terraces of the step cliffs above the sea. It is steep so you want to make the walk down. |
In Minori, try its gastronomic delicacy of eggplant made with chocolate (melanzane alla cioccolata). Fried eggplant covered with chocolate, sugar crystals and ground almonds. Maybe you should walk back. |
